As Housekeeping Supervisor at Norden House, you will oversee and ensure top-notch cleanliness throughout the care home. Your role is essential in maintaining a pristine environment and promoting safety.
Delivering housekeeping services: leading the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness throughout the home, coordinating deep cleaning routines and upholding high standards in linen and gown supply.
Exceptional team leadership: supporting a team of Housekeeping assistants, managing schedules and ensuring staff development.
Commitment to Learning: Be a learner for life, complying with policies, and supporting team members' development and training.
Proficient using systems like Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge or experience of using I Trent or Cool Care staff management systems.
Leadership Skills with proven experience.
Any formal qualification in sanitation or hygiene would be an advantage.
