Description
Under the direction of the Home Leadership team, to guide, facilitate and supervise the provision of excellent standards of care to residents and their families. To deliver care in accordance with individual care plans, current regulatory framework and NMC Code of Conduct. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs to detect any changes in patient conditions.
- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

- Level 1 Registered Nurse Qualification
