Adam Bloor joined HMT as our new Executive Director of Community and Complex Care in June 2025.  Adam comes to us from the Schoen Clinic, where he has served as a board member and Clinical Director.  With over 20 years of experience in the independent health and care sector, Adam brings a deep understanding of both single-site and multi-site operations, coupled with a strong track record of leadership and innovation.

A qualified nurse by background, Adam has developed expertise across services supporting older people, mental health, addictions, learning disabilities, and autism, spanning both inpatient and outpatient care for adults and children.
