Nigel Roissetter became the Chief Financial Officer of HMT in April 2014, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. In his role, he oversees a diverse team that manages various critical functions, including financial management, financial operations, information technology, procurement, and internal audit. His leadership ensures that the organisation’s financial health and operational efficiency are maintained at the highest standards.

Nigel is a qualified accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and possesses a broad range of experience across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout his career, he has held significant positions in well-respected organisations, including Burrswood Hospital, where he contributed to financial oversight in a healthcare setting, Surrey County Cricket Club, where he managed financial strategies in a sports context, and The Football Association, where he played a role in fiscal management. His extensive background enables him to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive positive outcomes for HMT. Nigel is currently our Executive Director of Finance, Estates and Facilities at HMT.
