Internal Vacancy: Senior Registered Nurse

We are inviting internal expressions of interest for the role of Senior Registered Nurse at Marie Louise House 

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is ready to take the next step, support clinical leadership within the home and help deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care for our residents.

The successful candidate will support Home Management Team by leading and coaching colleagues, promoting high standards of clinical care, supporting effective communication, maintaining accurate records, and helping to ensure best practice in areas such as medication, care planning, infection control and resident wellbeing.

Applicants must be a Registered Adult Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC Register and should be able to demonstrate strong communication, leadership, supervision and mentoring skills.
