HMT Named Among UK’s Best Employers

HMT has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Employers 2026 by the Financial Times, ranking 208 in the national Top 500 list, rising from 217 last year.

In addition, HMT has been ranked 25th in the Health and Social Care Sector, placing the organisation among the highest-performing healthcare employers in the country.

The award is based on independent and anonymous employee feedback, evaluating workplace culture, employee satisfaction, leadership, and overall employer reputation.
